WHY DID WE SWITCH FROM SIGN-UP GENIUS? We know everyone liked using Sign-Up Genius, but we are trying this new platform so that we can consolidate all the ATB classes into one place, which will help parent volunteers and administrators run the programs more easily. We will soon have a new button on the PTA page so you don't have to comb through Dragon Tales to find the ATB class offerings! You just click on it and voila! You are here at the Dwight ATB page. We appreciate your patience as we try out this new system.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CHILD'S CLASS? This is another new thing ~ The Dwight PTA has decided that all payments for After the Bell programs will be collected through PayPal. You will be prompted for payment after registering your child for a class. You will not be able to register the child until this payment is made. We will no longer be collecting checks. This new payment process will help us avoid uncollected payments.
WHAT IS THE REFUND / CANCELATION POLICY? We understand that situations arise and sometimes children are no longer able to attend their registered ATB class, however refunds will only be given under special circumstances.
WHY CAN'T I SEE A CURRENT CLASS ROSTER WHEN I AM REGISTERING MY CHILD? The software platform that we are now using to to run the ATB website does not allow posting of rosters because of privacy laws, however the ATB coordinators will do their best to check rosters frequently and post the most current rosters so that you can see what children are currently enrolled in the class.
WHAT IS THE PICK-UP PROTOCOL? Pick up will either occur at the back door circle by car or inside in the APR room. Please see each individual class description for pick up procedure.
